Porto Montenegro
Porto Montenegro is the summit’s host and a founding partner. It is a marina in Tivat, on the Bay of Kotor, that combines international connectivity with a working commitment to sustainability. It is what lets the summit hold formal sessions and informal meetings in the same place. Its role reflects what the summit argues for: investment, responsible development and regional cooperation.
Gateway to the Region
Tivat is served by three international airports, Tivat, Podgorica and Dubrovnik, with direct links to European capitals. Delegates have efficient transfers and hospitality on arrival, modern conference facilities, and venues that move easily between formal sessions and informal meetings, including waterfront reception spaces, roundtable rooms and breakout areas.
Venues include the Regent Porto Montenegro, Naval Heritage Collection, Blue Room, and the new SIRO hotel.
Sustainability in Practice
Porto Montenegro has been developed on environmental principles, from energy-efficient infrastructure and waste reduction to responsible tourism and green building certification. That is part of why it hosts the summit, and a reason it is treated as a reference point for coastal development in the region.
