Terms and Conditions
The organizer of the Adria Future Summit (hereinafter referred to as Event) is the company Sustineri Partners d.o.o. Podgorica (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
The Organizer Platform is supported by CrowdComms Ltd. as the Technology Provider, while the official event website and all event content are managed by the Organizer. Both components are jointly referred to as the “Platform” in these Terms.
This document defines the Terms and Conditions of participation at the Event (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) by end users (hereinafter referred to as the User).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Content of the Event
The Organizer has authorship rights or rights obtained through commercial licenses (referred to as the Rights in the following text) to all content, text, and audio-visuals, published on the Platform.
The Organizer is entitled directly to its Rights or is entitled to them by the Technology Provider.
Unauthorized use of the content of the Platform will be regarded as a violation of Rights and can result in legal consequences initiated by the Organizer or the publisher of a commercial license.
It is strictly prohibited to take and/or replicate the content of the Platform for commercial use or other purposes without the previous written or electronic permission given by the Organizer.
The Organizer is not informed about any violations of authorship rights or third parties through the content of the Platform.
If there is a reasonable doubt that any of the content of the Platform has been used in an illegal way or in a way that is not permitted, the User can report that violation through the contact form.
If reported content is deemed to violate 3rd party rights, the Organizer will take on adequate mechanisms to modify or completely remove the content from the Platform.
The Organizer does not have any responsibility over the relevance and accuracy of information of the content, nor the quality of the presentations.
The User can evaluate any offered presentation that he has attended, and optionally leave a comment to the presenters.
The Organizer retains the right to modify the Event agenda or content of presentations without a previous announcement.
Access to the Platform data
The User can access the content either through the web portal or the mobile applications.
Compared to the web portal, mobile applications can provide limited access to data.
In order to edit personal information, information about the organization, its members, view orders, etc., the User should use the web portal.
To use the web portal, the User is advised to use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge browser.
The Organizer is not responsible for any damage caused by using older versions of web browsers or web browsers that are not supported.
Mobile applications are available for iOS and Android mobile devices through App Store and Google Play.
The Organizer is not required to provide Applications for other mobile operating systems or other application repositories.
Logging into the Platform
Certain content published on the Platform is available only to the users who are logged in.
The User can log into the Platform in two ways:
– By using any of the external services offered (Microsoft, Facebook, Google, etc.)
– By using a personal email address.
To use a personal e-mail address, the User needs to verify it using a validation e-mail that is sent automatically.
After confirming the e-mail address, the User should set a unique password to access the Platform.
The User is obliged to keep the password in a safe place.
The Organizer is not responsible for damage caused by the loss of the password on the Portal, loss of access to external services, or loss of access to the e-mail address.
In the case that the User loses control of the account on the Platform, he/she shall bear full responsibility for any possible damage caused to the Organizer, third parties, or other users of the Platform.
Registration for participation
The User is considered to be registered if he/she has completed the registration process or is registered directly by the Organizer within the Platform.
The User who has registered is not necessarily qualified to participate in the Event.
Qualification for participation
The User is not considered eligible to participate in the Event until he or she has a valid electronic ticket (hereinafter referred to as the Ticket).
The Organizer reserves the right to deny the User access to the Event if he/she cannot prove possession of the Ticket.
The User can take possession of the Ticket in several ways:
– By paying the participation fee provided by active payment methods,
– By using a sponsorship voucher,
– In the form of a gift provided by the Organizer.
A single Ticket is only valid for one User.
The User that owns the Ticket may transfer the Ticket to another User until the name badge is generated.
In case of transfer of the ticket to another user, the User that has transferred the ticket loses the right to participate in the Event.

Sustineri Partners d.o.o. Podgorica undertakes to provide protection of personal data of customers, in a way that collects only the necessary, basic information about customers / users that are necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations, informs customers about how the data collected is used, regularly giving customers choices about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not to have their name removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns.
All user information is strictly confidential and is available only to workers who need this information to perform their work.
All employees of Sustineri Partners d.o.o. Podgorica and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
All payments will be effected in Montenegro currency.
The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
Entering and transferring personal data
Entering and transferring personal data and credit card number data is protected by the highest security standards provided by the WSPay system for online authorization of credit cards in accordance with the requirements of card holders and credit card brands and PCI DSS standards.
Authorization and payment of credit cards is done using the WSPay system for authorization and payment of cards in real time.
Statement on the use of WSPay
Sustineri Partners d.o.o. Podgorica uses WSPay for online payments.
WSPay is a secure system for online payment, real-time payment, credit and debit cards and other payment methods.
WSPay ensures secure registration and transfer of entered card data to the buyer and merchant, which also confirms the PCI DSS certificate that WSPay has. WSPay uses SSL certificate of 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection in data entry and transfer.
Registration on the conference day
The User is obliged to visit the Registration Desk and pick up the name badge before the start of the Event.
The User is obliged to keep the name badge in a visible place during the Event at all times.
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude the User from the Event if he is unable to present a valid name badge during a random check.
The User is obliged not to give his/her name badge to third parties for using or duplicating.
The Organizer reserves the right to permanently remove the User from the Event if he or she uses the name badge of another user to participate in it.
The Organizer reserves the right to permanently remove from the Event the User who has allowed the misuse of a name badge.
Rules of conduct during the event
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude a qualified User from the Event if he does not follow the rules of appropriate and tolerant behavior, that is, if:
– The User harasses other users, lecturers, or staff members with inappropriate behavior, abusive language or photographs, or in any other similar manner,
– The User publicly expresses hatred and intolerance towards particular races, religions, genders, or any other groups of individuals,
– The User interferes with the delivery of the content of the Event,
– The User inflicts direct or indirect material damage to the Organizer or subcontractors through his actions.
Links to other sites/portals
The Platform may also contain links to external sites/portals, such as links to sponsor web portals or other portals with informative content.
The Organizer does not control the content available through external links, and its use is the sole responsibility of the User.
Content from external links is not subject to the Terms.
The Organizer is not responsible for any possible damage to the User caused by the use of external links.
Reporting an error
All errors in the operation of the Platform can be reported by the User by using the Portal contact form, which will send the error to the Organizer, who will in turn forward the error to the Technology Provider if deemed necessary.
The Organizer is not responsible for any errors caused by the Platform.
Obligation to fulfill the Terms
The Terms are a form of digital contract between the User and the Organizer and their fulfillment is binding.
For any violation of the Terms by the User, the Organizer reserves the right to claim compensation for the caused damage.
Modification of Terms
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms at any time and will not be responsible for the consequences that may be caused by such changes.
The Organizer will publish updated Terms on the Portal, which will bring them into effect.
The entry into force
The Terms are effective from 17.07.2023.
